Colorado's Michael Horner's "myfault" drips and oozes with a weird, ichorous punk-rock energy, utilizing a distorted vocal effect and sludgy percussion to confuse and seduce you in equal measure. Horner manages to get away with musical dissonance and off-key singing-- with themes of parasites, pain, and disease suggesting that excellent musical composition isn't really what this song is after.

"myfault" would be an excellent theme song for

Seattle in the mid-90s
