“Bring the Moon” begins with a grandiose, dark opulence that would be appropriate at a high-end vampire nightclub—an opinion which is validated when the singer sings “The sun burns my skin/ on days I’m with you,” along with a half-dozen other references to the undead and the underworld. Experimenting with Dawn is a powerful and classy addition to the gothic subculture, with an obvious talent for composition. The instruments are mixed and blended well with the singer's vocals. "Bring the Moon" does not attempt to get its power from noise or speed, but rather, from a full, rich, and slow sound that you can really dive deeply into.

"Bring The Moon" would be an excellent theme song for

Goth Night

"Bring The Moon" is reminiscent of well-known artists such as

Rasputina

When listening to "Bring The Moon" I am transported to

A mausoleum at midnight.
