"Old Soul" is a beautiful four and a half minutes of contemplative soulful piano, played with deep feeling by James Povich. The song does not seek to dazzle with crazy riffs or technical boasting. It feels humble, allowing for plenty of open spaces and calling your attention to the sweet simplicity of its chords. "Old Soul" seems to evoke the natural world, possibly conjuring up visions of clear burbling streams or falling autumn leaves. It's the perfect song to fall asleep to, or simply to put on if you've had a stressful day and need a moment to collect yourself.

"Old Soul" would be an excellent theme song for

Bedtime

I would add "Old Soul" to a playlist called
