This is the second song that's come up on my list today that reminds me of mid-90's pop rockers Blues Traveler and Barenaked Ladies (the first coming from Wisconsin band Second Nature). This is a kind of funny and entirely pleasant coincidence, as this kind of easy-listening musical style contains all the best elements of pop rock and jam music. Jeffrey Scott's band is full and meshes well together, with tasteful little licks from guitar and keys, and an active but not overpowering drummer that keeps the energy both high and mellow at the same time. The track's title is chosen well, as this seems to be the perfect time of the week to put it on.

"Sunday Afternoon" would be an excellent theme song for
