The track is called “Alcatraz,” and Zak Stone (aka Z. Stone) absolutely crushes verse after verse with dexterous lyricism on top of Raisi K's badass beat production. The dynamic, retro mishmash of underlying instrumental samples makes me think of French triphop artists such as Wax Tailer, and on top of it, Stone keeps his lyrics just as dynamic, rhyming about culture and spirit with a surreal barrage of intellectual metaphors from the streets. Highly recommended for those who follow smart, underground hip hop.
