Triumphant horn samples kick off the majestic, raw, power of "Peace" by Alabama hip-hop artist Tiffany Keone, who rhymes about Faith, and the uphill struggles of being black in America. The trap-influenced beat is massive, and feels ultimately uplifting despite the weight of her lyrics. "There shall a come a day where there's no more crying here/ the hurt and pain shall cease, my brother, my sister, I'm praying for your peace." This is a tremendously successfully combination of production, lyricism, and sheer perseverance, perfect for any soundtrack when you're feeling down and out.

"Peace" would be an excellent theme song for

that moment when the hero finds the strength to carry on

I would add "Peace" to a playlist called

Street Glory

"Peace" is reminiscent of well-known artists such as

Missy Elliott
