Chaotic blues-rock instrumentation and an ever-droning bass line create a wall of old time noise in "Best Way to Rob a Bank" from rockers Chloe Rattlesnake. The five-piece bands hails from Bremerton, WA, and includes members John Adams, Steff Adams, Brady Duncan, and Rattlesnake (it's not clear whether there's truly a Chloe or not). The band's immense energy, drunken cowboy solos, and rockabilly lyrics all indicate that this would be a great band to see live. Elements of the Grateful Dead pop up in the song, especially with its freewheelin', Americana, rolling stone storytelling (the Steve Miller Band is another possible comparison).

"Best Way to Rob a Bank" would be an excellent theme song for

a getaway

When listening to "Best Way to Rob a Bank" I am transported to

a not-too-sober folk festival
