"Perfect Liar" features a nice, dynamic indie punk-rock drive that reminds me of some of the stars of the 90s and early 2000s. The voice wails with a little bit of a Billy Corgan whine, and the drums and guitar are locked together in a complex marriage reminiscent of some Foo Fighters builds. You can't not bang your head to this one. I was pleased to see yet another band hailing from Oklahoma, a state that I didn't know had a thriving music scene until recently. How wrong I was. Oklahoma seems to be putting out cutting-edge rock, soul, hip-hop, country and folk music left and right.

The most impressive instrumental/vocal performance in this recording is

Guitar/drum synchronization

"Perfect Liar" is reminiscent of well-known artists such as

Smashing Pumpkins, Foo Fighters
