"Rules of the Game" has some of the sophistications of Prog Rock without losing any of its dark power, displaying an impressive amount of drive and cohesion in a truly stylish bit of songwriting. Maryland's Interstellar Soul works really well together on this track, communicating between its vocals and instruments (including a rich rock violin) to lock you in to its melody and beat. Its gritty lyrics are just as strong, appropriate for either a bar-room or a rock stadium, venting against a confusing and frustrating love story.

"Rules of The Game" would be an excellent theme song for
