The Zac Chandler Band might sound a little bit like if your office co-workers formed a rock band and played at the Holiday Party. However, these would definitely be your coolest co-workers, and the show would get a whole lot of applause and exuberant cheers. The lagging, laid-back tempo and funky psychedelia definitely brings to mind the Steve Miller Band or maybe Bachman Turner Overdrive, and the song is about, of course, a freewheelin' girl who is 100% animal-product free. I'm assuming the girl of ZCB's dreams also has long hair and wears floral bell-bottoms (judging by some of the other clichés in the song), but hell, the song is fun, and I say, more power to the "cruelty free" generation.
