“Ascending” by GrimLock has undeniable style, fusing a deep, dubstep drumbeat with dynamic guitar solos. It’s obvious GrimLock has a head for classical music composition and orchestral arrangement. If "Ascending" is lacking anywhere, it's simply the cleanness of his guitar..both in his own technical abilities, and the quality of his mixing/mastering. With a little practice-- and a crash course in digital music production-- I think we could start hearing some fine tracks coming from GrimLock's studio.
