California's Echodrift uses the sounds of a thunderstorm to introduce their jammy, chill song "KISHA," before moving into some reverberant vocals, funky drums, and dubby guitar. "I couldn't move away from the falling rain" rings out the refrain of their poetic lyrics, painting visions of love and the natural world (particularly, rain) in a way that turns on the feel-goods. This would be a great song to listen to while stoned on a summer afternoon at an outdoor festival. The singer's voice is pleasantly hypnotic, the guitar solo is clear and bright, and the song instantly puts you in a gentle groove that feels right.

"KISHA" would be an excellent theme song for

an afternoon at a music festival
