Denver, Colorado's "Voodoo Kings" serve up some mean and funky blues rock in their new track "When I See Her," performed by a lightning-fast lead guitar, drums, bass, full brass section (including a nasty lead sax), possibly keys, and maybe one or two other instruments I can't hear. The singer adds a nice, lightweight addition to the song typical of blues or jam bands; appreciated, but never dominating.

"When I See Her" would be an excellent theme song for

A BBQ

I would add "When I See Her" to a playlist called

Blues Brothers

When listening to "When I See Her" I am transported to

Memphis, TN
