Vision's "Rape Me" is unsurprisingly a cover of the Nirvana song of the same name of their 1993 album "In Utero." Vision's cover is solid, and holds up fine...even if it does not, perhaps, offer too much innovation as compared with the original. Typically, I only tend to enjoy covers when they take a familiar song and re-package it in a completely new box, showing you an entirely new way of engaging or interfacing with the lyrics. I'm not too sure that this could be said about Vision's "rape me." Still, he's a fine singer and fine guitarist and obviously knows his Nirvana.

I would add "rape me" to a playlist called

"rape me" is reminiscent of well-known artists such as
