New York troubadours Kay Miracle and Dave Curtis created “Kay & the Miracle Cure” with the intent to start an all original project with material covering “things best left unsaid” to a “whole lot of soul searching.” They deliver a catchy, fun little ditty in "29 Minutes," which starts with some impressive finger pickings and launches into an upbeat contemporary bluegrass tune. Kay's voice swoops and wails with an appropriate Appalachian twang, and the mountain-music strings continue to chatter from beginning to end as accompaniment. This isn't the kind of band that just hopped off a freight train... but the clean, clear sound coming from Kay & the Miracle Cure is sure to delight a wide range of audiences and be a great soundtrack for drinking craft beer and hanging with old friends.

I would add "29 Minutes" to a playlist called
