The only thing Julia Flynn's song "Sweetness" lacks is good recording quality (it sounds a little bit like she's sitting in her bedroom on a laptop). A shame, because I very much want to hear a better version of this song; her voice is beautiful, filled with a wonderful passion and depth, and backed by an awesome driving drum beat to give this song some raw power and fire. Snippets of the lyrics here and there suggest themes of love, longing, and the natural world. Julia Flynn is amazing, I can't wait to see if she gets some studio time in the future.
