The minute “Hood Love” comes on you can tell that you're in store for some straight southern hip hop sounds right when you hear those horns, that's of course only if you're familiar with the music from the Dirty South. With a high quality produced beat that could easily be on a T.I. Album, Bruhdem doesn't waste any time with going in on the track. Not surprisingly the group knows their way around some bars and even have the sound of notable rappers Yo Gotti, 8 Ball and Plies but of course they are doing their own thing. “Hood Love” is really just a laid back song of the group showing their love for their Georgian hoods respectively. As this is pure southern hip hop expect the usual verses of gun play, money and drugs but it's all well and good. “Hood Love” is a song that could easily get some mainstream radio play especially with that catchy chorus.
