From beat production to sickly penned verses, Olatunde is a crisp breath of fresh air as he flies his way through the rap and hip hop atmosphere as if this is what he was born to do. To compare the Phoenix, Arizona rapper to anyone would do him a disservice as there doesn't seem to be anyone out there currently who has his sort of delivery with the exception of KRS One who ironically is one of the many artists who inspires Olatunde. “Ups and Away” verses revolve around the act of flying along with references to the sky which is none too surprising when Olatunde himself repeats how he never wants his feet to touch the ground again. The produced beat is definitely as original as the rapper with its orchestral tones mixed with your traditional hip hop beats. “Ups and Away” is a great song that is amazingly constructed which should surely please most hip hop fans and encourage them to share the song as much as they can while it stays on rotation.
