The Shyt might sound like the name of a hip hop group but there is nothing hip hop about “I Want It All” which is more in the rock genre more than anything else, specifically alternative if one prefers more accuracy. “I Want It All” is a slightly upbeat song that is more positive than anything else. The front woman unabashedly lists her wants in life to an unspecified person who might be a possible love interest to her. She doesn't want much, just any and everything without the person at the end of this one sided conversation getting in her way. “I Want It All” is an enjoyable song for what it is though the song could be better if the audio for the vocals were turned up a bit louder to at least be even with the music. Regardless of that The Shyt has made a pretty good song that could very well be the anthem for some women who are trying to get their point across via music.
